REFUND POLICY

1. General Refund Terms
As a platform, FestFam provides the infrastructure for event registration and payment. Each event listed on our platform may have its own specific refund policy. It is the responsibility of the user to review the event-specific refund terms before making a purchase.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, users are generally entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. In such cases, FestFam will work with the organizer to initiate the refund process automatically.
3. User-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must do so through the 'My Registrations' section of your dashboard. Whether a refund is issued depends on the organizer's policy:
Full Refund:If cancelled within the organizer's specified free cancellation period.
Partial Refund:If cancelled after the free period but before the event deadline.
No Refund:If cancelled after the event's 'No Refund' deadline or after the event has started.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
